FLAT ENDE MILL

Die flache Endmühle ist die Endmühle mit flachem/quadratischem Ende.Es ist ein allgemeiner Endtyp für das Rohfräsen, wirtschaftlicher im Vergleich zu der Kugelfräse und der Eckradius-Endmühle, aber es ist nicht geeignet für die Bearbeitung in der Geschwindigkeit so hoch wie andere Zwei-Typ-Endmühlen, weil zu hohe Rotation und Vorschub zu einem Bruch der scharfen Eckblatt führen kann.

Es gibt vier Hartmetallsorten, die auf allgemeine Flachendmühlen angewendet werden:

BT45, für Fräsmaterialien, deren Härte von HRC45Grad bis HRC48Grad, Werkstückkategorien P, K und weicher Edelstahl unter M-Gruppe in ISO-Klassifikation reicht.

BT50, für HRC50 bis HRC53degree, hauptsächlich für M-, N- und K-Werkstücke.

BT55, für HRC55 bis HRC58Grad, für S, M und K Werkstück.

BT60, für HRC 60 bis 65Grad, für Fräs-Abschreckmaterialien (HRC65 ungefähr), Hartholz und Finish-Fräsen von SUS 316L Edelstahl, das meiste Werkstück unter ISO-Kategorie H.
